WHAT IT MEANS TO HAVE A FAMILY THAT LOVES

Walking in My Father’s Shoes

As the third child in a family of fourteen kids, I learned early to “follow” Dad instead of Mom. I suppose I was “his boy” until the sixth kid…when the first boy was born.

I picked up many of Dad’s traits and still use them today. He was a shrewd negotiator…low key but always strove to acquire the best for himself and family.

A Father’s Day Message

A father’s love is strong and wide,

Keeping you ever by his side,

Words are spoken that make you strong

Clearly separating right from wrong.

Listen child to what I say,

And truth will always point the way,

Wisdom comes from God on high,

Not from clouds in the sky.

Hear me loud, hear me clear,

God, the Father is always near.

Families Fill a Spot in the Heart That No One Else Can

This video gives you a glimpse of who we were, who we are and who we hope to become.
